Guadalupe River Fishing Charter
Each participant is responsible for providing the following items for themselves:

A valid Texas fishing license

Waders that fit and function well

An extra set of dry clothes to keep with you on your boat - Hopefully we won't need them

Any personal fishing gear you’d like to use

Fly fishing rods are welcome, but not provided

- Plan accordingly for the expected weather (rain jacket, sunscreen, hand warmers, etc.)
What to Expect
Trip Details & Scheduling
- Our season runs from November to early March - Please check calendar for available dates

Each outing lasts 5 hours

Fishing times are scheduled during the best conditions: early morning or dusk

Available time slots:

7:00 AM – 12:00 PM

1:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Once your booking date is confirmed, your guide will reach out to finalize whether you prefer the AM or PM trip
- Your guide will share the details of our pick-up and pull-out locations with you once your trip is booked, but we will typically plan to meet at the Lazy L&L Campground
- All parties leaving a vehicle for the day may be subject to the day tag fee associated with that location on the river
- We highly suggest you carpool if possible
What We Provide
We’ll take care of the essentials so you can focus on fishing:

A topwater fishing kayak with all required safety equipment

One dry bag per participant

One rod and spinner reel per person, with all necessary lure changes available

Water and a full meal for each participant (typically a mix of sandwiches, fruit, and chips)
- Please let your guide know if there are any allergies or accommodations necessary for your food for the day
Optional Items to Bring
These aren’t required, but may make your trip more comfortable:

A small soft cooler with extra drinks or snacks
- You may also need this if you plan to go home with your catch
- An additional dry bag - you can never have too many!
- Polarized sunglasses
- A headlamp for those interested in our evening outings

Your own scoop net for landing fish

Your guide will also have a net for the group
